The Three Wishes

Nicholas is not happy: he wants
to be special. He thinks he was
born in the wrong place. What he
really longs to be is a handsome
prince or a powerful king’or
maybe a pirate plying the seas!
One day a huge genie appears
and grants him three wishes. But
although the genie is unable to
give Nicholas the happiness he
longs for, the boy will come to
realise that what he really craves
is what he already has.
